We here at Moment Training strive to provide safe, effective, and highly personalized training to people from all walks of life. At the end of each session, our goal is to have you feeling and moving better than when you walked in.
We believe in using the best, evidence based methods for effective training and an efficient use of your time. Using movement screening methods, we can determine which exercises are safe to do and which may be contributing to musculoskeletal issues such as common aches and pains, poor posture, limited range of motion, and/or a peak in physical performance. This approach also helps us to know when to refer out to a medical expert.
Moving better and longer is our big focus. We are not concerned with training for the sole purpose of looking better but that is often a pleasant side effect of training functionally.
Current data shows that people who pick up an exercise program are much more likely to development injury than those who don't. Of course, we all know how important exercise is for our health so we simply need to do better. As trainers and exercise facilitators, we need to have an intelligent, well-informed approach that challenged our clients but also keeps them safe and healthy. Our team is continuously reading the latest articles and learning from the best. We often fly out to clinics, conferences, and classes to ensure we're staying current with the latest information.
