Individualized Programming:
The Right Exercises for You

functional Movement screening

We use evidence-based screening methods to objectively determine the right exercise, for the right person, at the right time. The Functional Movement Screen measures your basic balance and coordination through basic movement patterns. It allows us to make exercise programming decisions with precision and purpose. Screen results provide valuable feedback throughout the training process to ensure we are meeting short and long-term movement goals.

The Fundamental Capacity Screen measures fitness without skill or sport-specific bias. This screen measures fundamental physical capacities such as power, speed, elasticity, strength, and postural control. These are the raw physical resources needed to improve in sports and performance. Measuring these fundamental capacities allows us to precisely and purposefully focus your training time and efforts to maximize your results.
